The Department of Economics is proud to announce that The Headliners Foundation of Texas has awarded a scholarship as a Founders’ Scholar to Mr Luke Henkhaus for the 2018-2019 Academic Year.
Luke is a Senior Economics major who is the News Editor for “The Battalion”. He is on track to graduate in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
The Headliners Foundation of Texas’ mission is to promote excellence in journalism by providing scholarships to student journalists; recognizing and rewarding outstanding work in professional journalists; and supporting special projects that promote journalistic excellence and preserve history.
