Bachelor of Science Degree

Summary

The Bachelor of Science in Economics degree teaches students analytical thinking skills and their applications to better understand human behavior. The degree plan is designed to allow opportunities for applied exploration of economic principles and theory through research, internship, and study abroad while focusing on quantitative skills and the developmentof rational thought and critical thinking. At the completion of the degree, students are prepared for a wide variety of post-graduate opportunities including: financial and banking careers, actuarial science, graduate school in social science and law, and government, public policy and political professions.
